Cody has recently been diagnosed with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma. Doctors have found cancer in his nose to the back of his neck and tumors in his neck. The Oncologist has said it is at least Stage 3. The cancer has attached to part of his skull and facial bones causing bone erosion. It is also surrounding his carotid artery and facial nerves.
Cody has undergone several MRI's and CT Scans and thankfully so far, there are no signs of further spreading.
Cody and Belinda would greatly appreciate prayers for a speedy recovery, along with prayers for their children through this difficult time and for all the Doctors who will stand beside Cody in this fight.
Doctors are optimistic that Cody will beat this with Radiation Treatment's 5 days a week and Chemotherapy once a week. They plan to be very aggressive in treatment.
Cody and Belinda will be faced with financial difficulties due to the nature of the treatments as neither one will be able to return to work for quite some time. If you would like to make a financial contribution, First Financial Bank has set up a checking account to help fund Cody and his family during this time of need. If you would like to donate money, you can swing by your local branch and tell the bank to deposit your contribution in his Cancer Account. Or, you can simply click the link below and donate through PayPal.
